SEO and media buying are priced monthly and quoted separately, because the right number depends on how competitive your search terms are and what you are willing to spend on ads.

What moves the price
Page count is the smallest factor. What changes a quote is how much of the work is thinking rather than production: whether the structure already exists, whether the copy exists, how many jobs the site has to do, and whether it has to connect to something you already run.
Content is the usual delay. When photography, product details or staff bios are not ready the build waits, and the turnaround clock effectively pauses. The clients who launch inside the quoted window are the ones who arrive with their content in hand.
Ongoing costs are separate and deliberately small: the domain each year, hosting after the first twelve months, and any monthly search or media work you choose to add. Nothing renews without you knowing what it is and what it costs.

Because it is the first question every business has, and making people sit through a call to find out wastes both our time. If the number does not work for you, you have not lost an afternoon finding that out.
What is not included in the price?
Stock photography licences, paid plugins or third-party software you ask for, and ad spend. Anything with a cost attached is agreed with you before it is bought.
Can I pay in instalments?
Payment is half to start and half before launch, by bank transfer in naira. On larger builds a longer arrangement can be agreed at the start.
